TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Harvest of Peace, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and products. By booking a service or purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services & Products
We offer therapeutic massage services, energy healing, and wellness products. All massage sessions are by appointment only and must comply with Washington State regulations for massage therapy.
2. Client Eligibility and Informed Consent
You must be 17 or older or have guardian consent. Health conditions that may affect treatment must be disclosed prior to your session.
I understand that I may ask questions and request changes to the treatment plan at any time. I understand that at any time during the massage, I or the massage therapist, may withdraw consent and the treatment will be stopped.
I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. If any sexual advances are made, the session will be terminated immediately and client will be charged for the full session. Professional draping techniques will be used for all massage.
3. Appointments & Cancellations

48 hours notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling.

Client may reschedule one time without additional fees. A $10 administrative fee will be added for each additional reschedule

Cancellations will be refunded minus the credit card processing fee and $10 administrative fee

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee

Late arrivals will be responsible for 100% of the session fee and your appointment will end as scheduled.

All balances unpaid by your auto insurance company must be paid within 45 days of date of service

New clients must be scheduled at least one week in advance

Returning clients may request emergency appointments via email or text
-
We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or policy violations.
4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in USD

Payments for all healing work will be taken at the time of booking.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Please use gift cards within one year of purchase

We do accept HSA cards but it is the patient's responsibility to verify the terms of their policy. If a physician's referral is required, please send it to Therese@HarvestOfPeace.com before scheduling

Refunds for services are not provided once service is rendered

We do not accept returns for physical goods. Please contact us within 14 if a product was damanged in shipping

We do not bill health insurance but can provide a superbill upon request
-
We may be able to bill your auto insurance if you have an active and open PIP claim and physician's referral.

We do not submit bills for L&I claims
-
If we have to go to extra lengths to collect on your debt, late fees and service fees will be added to your bill.

Client is responsible for any attorney or arbitration fees
5. Health and Liability Disclaimer
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. By receiving a massage, you acknowledge all risks and agree that Harvest of Peace, LLC is not liable for any resulting conditions or injuries.
Massage increases circulation which can exacerbate symptoms of illness. Please do not come to your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, nausea, cough, sinus infection/pain, unexplained rash or skin conditions or have been exposed to any one with these conditions in the last 7 days. Please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty.
We currently do not require masks but are happy to wear one at your request. This policy may be subject to change without warning.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Harvest of Peace, LLC. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.

If you elect to have us bill your insurance company, we are required to submit your chart notes and physicians order along with our invoice.

If you issue a charge back or legal claim against us, we may release your chart notes or other information in order to defend ourselves.

In pursuit of payment for services rendered and when payment has not been remedied, we will share your information with collection agencies.
