In this food
I see clearly the presence
of the entire universe
supporting my existence.
~Tich Nat Han
With mindfulness we can see that many elements — the rain, sunshine, earth, the labor of the farmers, drivers, food sellers, and the cook — have all come together to form each wonderful meal. Contemplating our food for a few seconds before eating, and eating in mindfulness, can bring us much joy and happiness.

Good Things Come In Small Packages
Microgreens have been making news as a “nutritional miracle”. These colorful little gems can pack up to 40 times more nutrition than their full grown counter parts! Just one ounce per day can deliver high doses of antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and phyto-nutrients to boost cellular health. Broccoli microgreens are excellent at helping your body expel toxins, especially things like herbicides, pesticides and other chemical irritants. When your blood is clean your brain functions better.
