It's hard to put into words how I feel after my very first craniosacral therapy session. Having had a bad massage experience years ago, I was apprehensive. Theresa reassured me that this was totally different. To say I was skeptical, after she demonstrated the light touch, would be an understatement honestly.

I was awkward and self-conscious, but I was quickly put at ease and began to relax. Despite my skepticism, I began to feel changes that seemed unexplainable. I felt tension release, I felt points of pain I had just gotten used to release for the first time in years, I felt areas loosen and almost stretch (while never moving), and even teared up for some crazy reason (releasing emotional trauma apparently). I am a believer, will be going back, and can't recommend Theresa highly enough. She's sweet and totally put me at ease. Worth it.
